What are your products made from?
All Kindly Island products are made from 100% cotton fabrics and yarns. We do use polyester thread to make our liners, pads, face coverings and rounds which isn't perfect but means they will last much longer than using cotton thread. We're always working towards the most sustainable resources and ways of working.
How are your products made?
We make all of our products by hand ourselves. For this reason, some items may be out of stock at times. If there is something in particular you would like, email us at [email protected] and we can prioritise to make this for you sooner! Similarly, if you would like a quantity that is more than we have available through the store, let us know and we will do our best to fulfill the order for you :).
Would you make a custom order?
Absolutely! Please get in touch and we can chat about your needs.
What are your recommended care guidelines?
We have listed care guidelines for each of the products on our website.
For best results, the panty liners, cotton rounds and crochet scrubbies should be rinsed after each use (in cold water for the liners) and then washed in a net bag with your regular cotton wash. Stubborn stains can be pre-treated with your stain removal product of choice.
The beeswax wraps can be cleaned in lukewarm water with a small amount of dish soap.
How do you ship your products?
We use the standard postal service to ship products in order to keep shipping costs low for our customers. If you would like your product shipped via track and trace or an express service, please email [email protected] and let us know beforehand so we can add this option for you at checkout.
Do you allow returns?
We want every customer to be confident that their Kindly Island products are new, clean and ready for them to use. Therefore, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
However, if you feel that an element of your order is not as it should be please get in touch with us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will do all we can to remedy this.
